Ability to change z-index for objects, devices, links at a more granular level

Hi, great work on EVE-NG

I would like to request the abilty to move objects etc back and forward at a more granularly level.

At the moment you can only send to back, send to front.

I would like to move my mgmt. network links hidden behind a cloud I have, but nothing else.
