I have a SonicWall NSv 270 OVA. The EVE website says to deploy the OVA in vCenter first, then export the VMDK. The OVA deployment process makes the VMDK like 50GB. I scrapped that and went through the same instructions as Palo Alto images - where you export the OVA within EVE and convert that VMDK to qcow2. However, the VM gets stuck in a bootloop.

Does anyone know how best to deploy the SonicWall image?

Thanks, I followed those instructions, but the OVA deployment within vCenter attaches a non-optional 50GB disk, so I'd have to export a 50GB vmdk and import that into EVE. Is there a way around that?

export OVA, unzip it to get vmdk file, and then foolow how to and convert it
