Installing EVE-NG v5 on Baremetal

Hello,
I am trying to install fresh new v5 EVE-NG on a baremetal and getting strange results. Using one of the ISO files for community version provided. But although initial setup is done as described in community cookbook, looks like in the end I get weird result - after finishing all 3 phases of installation I see actual PRO version installed. And it is in UNLICENSED state as I don't have any license and don't want to use PRO one for now. During cloud-init I see EVE-PRO been unpacked.
Can you please help how to ensure I am installing actual community version?
