Full Cloud Setup

Hi all,
My Laptop just wont cut it running this on it.
I was going to run EVE-NG Free on my laptop, but it all hosted in the cloud. Is there a way where I can host it in the cloud and all I need to do is connect to it via an IP off my Laptop Browser?
