Trouble Cicso FTD7 (7.3.1-19)

Hi all!
When I deploy Cisco FTD 7 I get an error (screenshot). I'm using qemu 5.2.0, and other settings that are listed as recommended.
Please help me to solve this problem

FTD 7 boot time is min 15-20 minutes !!
On this screen it can stay very long time
