Unban IP

Dear Helpdesk,

since my attempts to contact the board administrators have failed several times, I'll try this way.

Is there anyone here who is authorized and willing to unban our public IP ()?
Or alternatively send me a personal message stating why it is blocked?

We did unban it for now, but if there's another spam comes through it will be banned forever.
