vJunos Router Startupconfig

Has anyone been able to get a startup configuration to work in display set format for the vJunos Routers? Everytime I try the router boots but never takes the configuration.

You need to increase lab config script timeout

I have increased it from 300 to 3000 and still does not seem to work, I have left it over night and came back to it and still did not have the configuraiton I added to the startup.
