SCOPE OF THIS LICENSE
This BSD license applies ONLY to PHP source code and C binaries distributed as part of EVE-NG. This license does NOT apply to:
– EVE-NG UI components (see LICENSE.UI)
– Go language binaries and source code (see LICENSE.GO)
– lab-traffic-monitor and related components (see LICENSE.LAB-TRAFFIC-MONITOR)
The UI components and Go binaries are proprietary and subject to separate license agreements that require a valid EVE-NG Professional Edition subscription.
Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
* Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.

UI Proprietary License
EVE-NG UI PROPRIETARY LICENSE

1. License Grant
Subject to payment and continuous compliance, EVE-S Concept FZCO (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the EVE-NG UI (including front-end code, assets, images, styles, and build outputs) solely as integrated with a duly licensed instance of EVE-NG Professional Edition, for Licensee’s internal use.
2. Restrictions
Except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, Licensee shall not:
(a) copy (except as necessary for installation or backup), modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works of the UI;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the UI source code (including from minified or bundled artifacts);
(c) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or make the UI available to third parties as a service or standalone product;
(d) remove or alter proprietary notices, branding, or watermarks.
3. Ownership
The UI is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the UI and all associated intellectual property rights.
4. Relationship to Open-Source Components
Open-source components (including EVE-NG components licensed under BSD) remain governed by their respective licenses. This license does not limit rights granted by such open-source licenses, but those rights do not extend to the UI.
5. Updates and Activation
The UI may require license activation and periodic validation. Updates may be provided during an active subscription term and may alter or remove features for security, legal, or operational reasons.
6. Term and Termination
This license co-terminates with the associated EVE-NG Professional Edition subscription. On expiration or termination, Licensee must cease using the UI and delete any UI copies not required by law to retain.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE UI IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.
LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE UI SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT TWELVE-MONTH TERM.
LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law and Venue
This license is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Entire Agreement
This license, together with the EVE-NG Professional Edition EULA, constitutes the entire agreement for the UI.
Go Binaries Proprietary License

This software and the underlying technology are the subject of a pending patent application. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering may result in liability for patent infringement.

lab-traffic-monitor is licensed, not sold.
5. Relationship to Other Licenses
This license supplements LICENSE.GO. In case of conflict, the more restrictive terms shall apply.
